After a few weeks we were pretty stuck, we made some changes to the idea and we thought of a different direction.

We thought of a product whose idea is to challenge the users, set a time period, a goal and invite friends to the challenge. In addition, the user will receive phone alerts that adds to social support and lead him to persevere with the help of motivation. This is how we will advance the user's internal and external motivation.
